How Do You Plan Your Event with Us?

This process shouldn't be confusing! You can learn more below, or you can complete the Event Request Form and will walk you through everything!


Start by filling out our event request form to begin planning your event! Your first point of contact must be through our request form. Click below to get started.


Following our initial meeting, we will send you an invoice for your event. A retainer fee is due to save the date and the remaining balance is due by the day of your event.


We will work with you to confirm any final details and colors then to get to work creating your balloon decor! During our consultation we will provide layout design.


On event day we will arrive with the balloons pre-inflated so installation is fast and clean. Then, it's time for you to enjoy your event!
